Terms of Service 

We strive to service all clients but unfortunately we aren't always able to accommodate. Factors such as unsecured animals, overpowering odors, unsafe exposure to wastes, extreme clutter and /or non operating utilities could pose difficulties in delivering quality services and we may be subject to decline services. 

Also depending on the condition and/or scope of work of your home/commercial property we may have to arrange multiple visits, adjust cost and provide heavy duty services. This will be accessed and discussed with you before any job begins. You will have the option to opt out or readjust based on the recommendations provided.
